Job Title: Accounts Associate (2 Positions)

Position Summary

We are looking for two reliable and detail-oriented "Accounts Associates" to join our team in Kigali. The ideal candidates must have strong practical accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in bookkeeping and financial reporting. Proficiency in Tally ERP is mandatory.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking long-term career growth within a professional audit firm environment.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate books of accounts for multiple clients.
Record daily financial transactions using "Tally ERP" .
Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements.
Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
Assist in VAT, PAYE, RSSB, and other statutory filings.
Support audit assignments by preparing schedules and working papers.
Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Assist in payroll processing and compliance matters.
Ensure compliance with Rwanda tax regulations and accounting standards.
Provide general accounting and administrative support to the audit team.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of progressive accounting experience.
Strong practical knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting procedures.
Mandatory hands-on experience in Tally ERP.
Experience working in an audit firm or handling multiple company accounts is preferred.
Good understanding of Rwanda tax regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
