Managing electronic records throughout their lifecycle: creating, organizing, storing, retrieving, securing, preserving, and disposing of digital documents.

Managing paper and other physical records: filing, classifying, indexing, storing, retrieving, tracking, protecting, and eventually archiving or disposing of records according to established retention schedules.

To do any other task related to the job as may be required by the supervisors.
General Requirements
- Must be a Rwandan
- Must be 25 years and below

- Copy of a diploma & transcript
- Must not have a criminal record
- Must not be black-listed or dismissed from public service
- Academic qualifications: Advanced diploma, bachelors' degree or Masters' degree in relevant fields
Specific Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Information Technology, Database Management or Library Management and any other related field.
- Training in archives, Document Management and document control techniques;
