Human Resource Officer in charge of Performance & Development (1)

- Coordinate performance management and appraisals.
- Guide supervisors and employees on KPIs and objectives.
- Analyze performance and training data for decision-making.
- Conduct training needs assessments and develop capacity plans.
- Maintain competency matrix and support career development.
- Promote performance culture and ensure HR policy compliance.

- Knowledge of performance management and training systems.
- Analytical and advisory skills.
- Good understanding of labour laws.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.

- 3 years plus of relevant professional experience.
