Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with organizational goals and strategic priorities,
• Work with stakeholders to understand customer needs, business challenges, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Leverage AI tools to support research, documentation, backlog refinement, requirements definition, analysis, and communication.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to translate requirements into deliverable solutions.
• Use customer feedback, operational insights, and product data to inform prioritization and decision-making.
• Coordinate product launch, rollout, communication, and adoption activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve products and business processes through automation, analytics, and Al-enabled capabilities.
• Conduct product discovery activities to identify customer pain points, unmet needs, and opportunities for innovation.
• Perform any other product-related duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Key Qualifications and Experience

The successful candidate must have at least:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or another related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant professional experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in another related role.
• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity and product management tools.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver digital products.
• Strong understanding of customer needs, market trends, and user experience principles.
• Ability to interpret data and customer insights to support decision-making.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

Key competencies

Technical:

• Knowledge of the product lifecycle and product development processes.
• Ability to translate business problems into digital, automation, analytics, or AI opportunities.
• Understanding of customer segmentation and target users.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Ability to prioritize features and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to create clear visual product narratives, workflows, and presentations.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for research, analysis, documentation, communication, and product planning.
