Job Title: Senior Manager, IT Digital Analyst
Reports to: Head, Information Technology
Department: Information Technology
Grade: Band 6
Job Purpose Statement
The Senior Manager, IT Digital Analyst will act as a central bridge between the Technology function and the Business, ensuring that all digital systems are aligned with operational needs, market expectations, and the organization's strategic priorities. S/He will play a key role in enhancing system capabilities, improving digital service delivery, and ensuring that technology solutions fully support business goals.
The Senior Manager will manage engagements with internal stakeholders and external partners involved in system-related services. S/He will maintain a comprehensive understanding of the systems in use and document how internal platforms interface with partner technologies to deliver seamless end-to-end services.

Key Accountabilities (Duties and Responsibilities)
Strategic Business Analysis
- Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements, drive technology acquisition and prioritization, oversee evaluation and selection of emerging technologies.
Technology Integration & Innovation
- Architect and document integrations lead initiatives to improve customer experience, foster partnerships with vendors and collaborators.
Governance & Standards
- Establish and enforce technology standards, review development efforts, set baselines for solution delivery.
Continuous Improvement
- Engage stakeholders to identify system shortcomings, drive operational efficiency, lead regular reviews of business needs vs. system capabilities.
Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, resolve conflicts, facilitate collaboration.
Customer satisfaction:
- Net Promoter Score

- Ensuring proper and prompt service delivery
- Maintaining effective communication with customers

Decision Making Authority / Mandates / Constraints:
- Managerial - Lead technical design and strategic technology decisions in collaboration with business leaders.
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field
- Advanced certifications (e.g., CBAP, TOGAF, ITIL, Design Thinking)
- 7+ years' experience in Digital support, software development, and cloud technologies
- Proven leadership in large-scale digital transformation projects, preferably in financial services
- Expertise in DevOps, Agile, CI/CD, and software lifecycle management
- Strong track record in team leadership and solution architecture
