FXB Rwanda Overview

FXB Rwanda (www.fxbrwanda.org) is a local Non-Governmental Organization working in Rwanda since in 2012. FXB Rwanda implements interventions related to nutrition, education, WASH, healthcare, and early childhood development, aligning with its vision of creating a world fit for children by combating poverty and providing essential support. Over the years, FXB Rwanda has implemented approximately 50 successful programs, directly or indirectly benefiting over 2.5 million individuals across Rwanda. Targeting HIV-affected or infected Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC), at-risk Adolescents Girls and Young Women (AGYW), key populations, and economically disadvantaged families, as well as addressing nutrition and WASH needs, FXB Rwanda collaborates with national ministries, local leaders, and various community-based structures to maximize its impact and reach.

FXB Rwanda is Rwandan Local Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), whose mission to address the root causes of poverty as a means of securing children’s rights to survive, grow and develop and strives to be a catalyst for long-lasting positive change in low-and moderate-income among vulnerable families affected/infected by HIV/AIDS by supporting them to improve their social, economic and environmental conditions.

FXB Rwanda would like to invite interested and qualified companies/ individuals to submit their bid documents for supplying following agricultural inputs and equipment to be provided to Its beneficiaries:

The bidder shall submit the following documents:

Price schedule/quotations for all needed materials detailing prices that include and without VAT
Copy of the incorporation certificate ;
Valid Tax clearance certificate from Rwanda Revenue Authority
Copy of clearance certificate from Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB)

The bids documents in a sealed envelope, shall be submitted to FXB Rwanda coordination office located at Kamonyi District, Runda Sector, Ruyenzi cell, Rubumba Village, no later than Friday January 16, 2025 at 4:00 PM

Note :

FXB has the right to cancel the tender in case the bidders’ prices are not consistent with market prices;
