Job Title: Data Entry Specialist (90-Day Contract)

Company: Faranga (A Fast-Growing App in Rwanda)

Location: Mostly Remote (with weekly on-site meetings in Kigali)

Contract Duration: 90 days (possibility of extension)

About Faranga

Faranga is a rapidly expanding platform in Rwanda, aiming to simplify and streamline financial transactions for our users. We’re looking for two (2) Data Entry Specialists to join our team and support the growth of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter and update data in our internal systems.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure data integrity and completeness.
Attend weekly on-site meetings for training, status updates, and team collaboration.
Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements

Proficient with Google Suites (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.).
Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software/tools.
Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
Familiarity with Faranga app is a huge plus. (See our app here: Download Link)
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
Availability for a weekly in-person meeting in Kigali.
