MEP engineer(2 people)
Job Description:
- Responsible for the design of MEP system for construction projects, including but not limited to water supply and drainage, electrical, HVAC, etc.
- Work with the project team to ensure that the design plan meets customer needs and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review design drawings, technical specifications and construction documents.
- Participate in project bidding and budget preparation.
- Communicate with the construction team to solve technical problems during the construction process.
- Follow the latest technology and materials in the industry and continuously optimize the design plan.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, water supply and drainage engineering or related fields.
- At least 3 years of MEP design experience.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit or other design software.
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
- Able to work independently while maintaining organization and priority management in a fast-paced environment.
- Those with relevant professional certificates are preferred.

Job description: construction engineering management; assist the project manager to manage the daily construction duties on site.
Location: Rwanda
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture engineering or civil construction?
- Relevant working experience is preferred;
- Sense of responsibility?
- Full knowledgein civil construction, read construction drawings and use relevant software like AUTO CADD;
- Excellent written and spoken English;
- Fluency in spoken Chinese.
