Dear Sir/ Madam,

Re: Invitation to Bid.

PRIME INSURANCE LTD invites all qualified bidders to submit their bid for the provision of supplying end year promotional materials.

Participation is open to all competent bidders who fulfil the requirements as per the bid document.

The bid document is only obtained upon submission of proof of bid purchase of a non-refundable fees equivalent to twenty thousand (20,000) Rwanda francs to the Prime Insurance Ltd account opened at EQUITY BANK number 4003200206408.

All bids shall be submitted onsite not later than September 20th, 2024 at 02:00 pm Kigali time. Late bids will not be accepted.

The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned.
