Mobile Money Rwanda Limited is therefore Internally and Externally recruiting a highly competent and self-motivated individual for the position below.

Mission/Core purpose of the Job

• The role is responsible for producing high-quality multimedia and creative design content (graphic, video, and digital) that supports MMRL's brand, marketing, and communication objectives.
• Responsible for ensuring all creative outputs are aligned with brand guidelines and effectively communicate campaign and product messaging across channels.
• The role supports Commercial and Business Development teams by translating briefs into compelling visual and multimedia assets.

Key Performance Areas

• Design and produce graphic, video, and multimedia content for campaigns, social media, and corporate communications.
• Translate creative briefs from Marketing and Commercial teams into compelling visual assets, concepts, and storyboards.
• Edit and produce video content, including for events, product launches, and social media, from raw footage to final cut (editing, colour grading, sound, motion graphics/animation).
• Design print and digital collateral, including posters, banners, brochures, presentations, packaging, and point-of-sale materials.
• Plan and shoot photography and video content for campaigns, events, and product launches, or coordinate with external photographers/videographers to do so.
• Maintain and apply brand guidelines consistently across all creative outputs, reviewing internal and agency-produced materials for brand and quality compliance.
• Adapt creative assets across formats and platforms (web, social media, print, out-of-home, motion) to suit channel-specific requirements.
• Manage multiple creative projects concurrently, prioritising workload and meeting tight deadlines across campaigns.
• Coordinate with external agencies, printers, photographers, and videographers where required, briefing and reviewing their output against brand standards.
• Maintain an organised, version-controlled library of creative assets, templates, and brand resources for reuse across the business.
• Support the development of creative concepts and mood boards for campaigns, activations, and brand initiatives.
• Stay current with design software, tools, and industry trends, and recommend improvements to creative processes and output quality.
• Provide creative and production input during events, activations, and product launches, capturing content for use across marketing channels.

Experience

• 2–4 years' experience in graphic design, multimedia production, or creative design, ideally in telecom, media, or financial services.

Education Background

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Communications, or related field.
