The Department of Human Resources would like to inform its estimated staff and the Public of opportunities for the following position:

Warehouse Assistant storekeeper

JOB SUMMARY

The job holder is responsible for organizing and managing materials intake, storage, and issues with external and internal stakeholders to ensure minimum loss during this process.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Organize the reception of goods delivered on site;
Coordinate loaders during offloading of goods;
Organize loader/casuals during offloading to handle goods with care to prevent loss;
Count accurately the quantity of goods received ;
Verify and compare the physical received quantity versus the ordered quantity on the delivery note;
Record accurately received goods into specific Good received notes with details of goods;
Assist in the distribution of goods requested by the user department/section based on procedures;
Participate actively in stocktaking based on the Finance plan;
Respect FIFO during the reception, distribution, and storage of goods
Collaborate with team (Brew, Filtration, Packaging, Quality control team, Purchase team, Finance, security and suppliers)
Administrate data into company management system ERP based on assignment

Perform any other assignment based on the employer’s and/or supervisor’s demand

KEY COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE BOTH POSITIONS

Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management;
Analytical mind with the ability to make accurate mathematical computations;
Keen attention to detail and ability to effective time management;
Familiarity with inventory software, and ability to upload data into the company system;
Computer literacy: Microsoft Office.
High integrity personality;
Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Be in good physical and health condition;
Able to work in a fast-paced environment;
Be able to work under pressure.
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in economics, accounting, management or related field;
