JOB SUMMARY

The job holder assists the storekeepers in their daily tasks, including receiving empty bottles and crates and delivering the finished goods. The job holder also performs all other responsibilities assigned to him/her by his line manager or senior management.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Receive and count daily all empties returned from distributors;
Receive all new bottles and crates supplied by SBL Supplies;
Check the quality of goods received on their visual aspect;
Fill in the provided spreadsheet;
Maintain records of all these deliveries in X3;
Ensure that the received stock is equivalent to the delivered empties;
Coordinate the work of the forklift driver;
Assist the storekeeper in allocating daily tasks to the loading and unloading personnel
Gather all the information on damages and discrepancies on orders received and delivered, compile a document, and submit it to the storekeepers;
Day-to-day monitoring of the cleanliness of the empties stock;
Record received empties and share the reports with the relevant staff.
Facilitating a good work environment for casuals.
