Higher Education Council (HEC) Overview

HEC is responsible for ensuring the structure, organisation and functioning of higher education institutions and monitoring and evaluating the quality and standard of provision and ensuring the quality enhancement of teaching and research.

KINGDOM OF MOROCCO – GOVERNMENT OF RWANDA SCHOLARSHIPS.

The Higher Education Council (HEC) wishes to inform the general public that the Kingdom of Morocco has offered to the Government of Rwanda scholarships at bachelor’s level. The scholarships are available in the programs of medical studies, Engineering, Architecture, and Agricultural and veterinary sciences. Please note that all courses will be taught in French.

Interested candidates should submit the following application documents:

An application letter addressed to the Director General of HEC indicating the program the candidates wish to study
A copy of ID or valid passport
One passport size photo

Transcripts of the last two years of high school
A copy of High School Diploma/ Results slip or equivalent qualification

Please note:

Candidates must possess senior six result slip or certificate with a score of 80% (or equivalent in 2025 senior six National Examinations).
