Practical Action
Please include both appliances you are currently providing, and appliances that you plan to start providing as part of the project. 6. Quality and standards

8. Costing requested.
Please provide the costs for the proposed equipment, training, and aftersales services inclusive of taxes. Each part should be costed separately.
9. Submission Guidelines.
Companies interested in submitting their EoI are encouraged to send an email to RE4Rtender@practicalaction.or.ke by 3rd January 2025 indicating the name of their company (or companies if joint application between a supplier and a distributor). This is not a strict requirement for applicants, but it is strongly encouraged.

10. Warranty and support
Please provide warranty details of your products along with details of the support services you will offer to the poultry equipment users to ensure proper and efficient use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the appliances. This support services shall include, but are not limited to, after-sales service, maintenance and repair services and end-of-life management. Please include response times, and any support available from product manufacturers or suppliers.
