SECTION I. TENDER NOTICE

Supply of IT materials and other equipment.

SECTION II. PROCUREMENT METHOD: OPEN TENDER

Competition is open on equal conditions to:

All companies or individuals specialized in supply;
Registered by RDB
Cleared for any taxes (TCC)
Using EMB for invoice issuance (EMB Certificate or proof)
VAT registered (VAT certificate)

Tender is divided into three different lots and every bidder may compete to all or one of them.

LOT Number 3: IT materials and other equipment

Tender document will be available in the office of Administrative Assistant of INKUNGA FINANCE Plc head office located at Kibirizi Cell, Rubengera Sector, Karongi District or in offices of our Branches from 15/09/2025 to 29/09/2025, upon presentation of payment slip of ten thousandRwandan francs (10,000 Frw), non- refundable fee to the account No: 00087-00367765-54 INKUNGA FINANCE Plc Opened in Bank of Kigali.

Bids must be submitted to the office of Administrative Assistant of INKUNGA FINANCE Plc HQ not later than 29/09/2025 at 10h30 a.m local time, thereafter bids will be publicly Opened at 11:00 am.
