Director of Business Development (1)

- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify new markets and partnership opportunities.
- Lead client acquisition and maintain key relationships.
- Oversee bids, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Set revenue growth targets and monitor performance.
- Lead marketing initiatives and represent the company externally.
- Lead, mentor, and support the business development team.

- Strong business development, sales strategy, and marketing skills.
- Leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management
- Strategic thinking and analytical abilities.

- A Relevant Post Graduate Qualification (master’s in Business administration or strategic management).

- 6 years plus of relevant professional experience.
