IT Officer 

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

Three (3) years of technical experience managing organizational IT systems

Any qualified candidate

Employment Status: Full-time.

Nature of the Job: Permanent (subject to successful probation).

Reporting to: Head of Operations Department.

Experience Requirement: Minimum 3 years in IT support (Both hardware and software), systems administration or networking.

Key Responsibilities: Manage IT infrastructure, provide user support, administer the Core Banking System, maintain network and hardware, and ensure cybersecurity, data backup and disaster recovery.

Required Skills: Networking, database management, Windows Server, cybersecurity, troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills.

Added Advantages: Cisco (CCNA), Microsoft, CompTIA, Linux certifications or experience with banking software.
