Umutanguha Finance Company Plc (UFC) is a Rwandan Microfinance, public company limited by shares, which was established in 2003 first as a Saving and credit cooperative, which transformed into a Union in 2006 and later on in 2013 as a public company limited by shares.
TENDER NOTICE
UMUTANGUHA Finance Company (UFC) Plc, a company duly registered in the office of the Registrar General under company code number 101310843, licensed by National Bank of Rwanda to operate as Micro Finance Institution (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) funded by its own budget towards the cost of the “ to IT EQUIPMENTS MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT SERVICES”, would like to invite all interested and eligible bidders to submit their offer for the aforementioned tender for the period of One Year from the date of signing the contract.
Tender Documents in English indicating and detailing the statement of requirements may be obtained (soft copy) upon presentation of a proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of twenty thousand Rwandan Francs (FRW 20,000) payable on the account number 1191 held at UMUTANGUHA FINANCE COMPANY Plc in names of UCU Coordination, on any working day from 6th May 2025 to 27th May 2025 at 11.00am at: UMUTANGUHA FINANCE COMPANY Plc, Head Office, Nyamirambo, Nyarugenge, KN2 Avenue, Building No 177, Opposite Kigali Pelé Stadium, 2nd Floor, Po.Box 2998 Kigali-Rwanda, Email: info@ufinance.co.rw, Tel: (+250)788387730, Toll Free: 5020.
Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in 2 copies of which one is the original have to reach at the Human Resource and Administration Department of UMUTANGUHA FINANCE COMPANY Plc at the address mentioned above not later than 27th May 2025 at 11.00am local hours. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives on 27th May 2025 at 11.30am in the Boardroom of UFC Plc Head Office.
